Mass flow controller able to control very accurately the volume of the gas flow to reaction vacuum chamber containing the wafer. In vacuum condition, cleanliness and sealing feature of the parts is extremely critical. It totally not allow any particle / residue left over from production. Perfect grooving fabrication and flatness of the parts is to ensure the perfect sealing in vacuum condition.
