Machining

Multi-Axis Machining

Multi-axis machining can perform more than three axes of movement (greater than just the three linear axes X, Y, and Z). Additional axes usually include three rotary axes, as well as movement abilities of the table holding the part or spindle in place. Multi-axis machines are capable of producing highly complicated components and high tolerance capability. Importantly this enables our production to produce the work it previously couldn’t undertake.

Wire Cutting

Wire-cut EDM is typically used to cut plates as thick as 300mm and to make punches, tools, and dies from hard metals that are difficult to machine with other methods. It is a reliable and precise manufacturing method to control the tolerance between ±0.002mm. Our machine’s upper guide can also move independently in the zuv axis, giving rise to the ability to cut tapered and transitioning shapes (circle on the bottom, square at the top for example).

Spindle / Gear Hobbing Manufacturing

A gear is a rotating machine part having cut teeth, which mesh with another toothed part to transmit torque, speed adjustment and controlled motion irrespective of the type of motion, such as rotational, linear, and more. Considering their immense significance, gears must be made precisely and set in motion to get the desired speed. Gear hobbing helps form gear teeth using a rotating cutter tool. It is a continuous process performed by setting the rotating speed as required.

Sheet Metal

Sheet metal fabrication is a set of manufacturing processes for turning sheet metal into functional parts. It is done on presses where a die and punch or other formed tools are required. For partially flat or hollow parts, sheet metal fabrication can be a highly economical method of manufacturing. The process is also quick and produces minimal material wastage. Sheet metal fabrication is widely used for industrial and consumer parts and in specialist industries like automotive, aerospace, energy, and robotics.

Controlled Environment Mechanical Assembly

Dimension, cleanliness and functional of the assembly is critical to our customer products. We have purpose built a self-contained air conditioned assembly unit about 800 sqft. The assembly unit separated from other operations and provides a controlled environment ideally suited to assembly required medium/high level of cleanliness.

Grinding
Services

Grinding is used to finish workpieces that must show high surface quality and high accuracy of shape and dimension. It can produce very fine finishes and very accurate dimensions. It is usually better suited to the machining of very hard materials than is “regular” machining.
